Why can't I cancel my Disney+ account? (Here~Is~Get~SupPOrt)

Delete my Disney+ account
Select your Profile. Select Account. 1（844）ー569－9955 Under Settings, select Delete Account. If you are invoiced directly by Disney+ and the Delete Account option is unavailable, 1（844）ー569－9955 this means you still have an active subscription — cancel your subscription and then come back to this step.
